I'm a solo guitar player and singer that has been playing with a loop pedal for a few years. Looking to add more variety to my songs and was wondering if anyone has been using a Pigtronix Infinity Looper and how they like it? I'm looking for a loop pedal with more functions to add more variety to my show. Would be nice if other manufacturers would work together to interact with each other with the pedals. Beat Buddy does work with and quantize with the Infinity. Too bad there couldn't be more.

Well, it depends on how you use loops. For me, it doesn't work as well, but I have been using loopers for like 30 years, so what I need from one is very different from the current crop of solo guitarists who play over static backgrounds. I would consider a Boomerang III among those currently being made. The ones I am using are 2 Echoplex Digital Pros.
