Please Help ID this older Duncan

I've had this humbucker sitting in a box for years. It sounded pretty good in a Les Paul, though I never had a clue as to what model this was.

Here's some specs:
- 4 conductor (looks like white, red, green, and bare ground).
- Back of pickup has a large S with "Seymour Duncan Pickups" to the right.
- Wax Potted.
- Small white sticker labeled "DCJ" with a number "15071" written by hand below it.
- Pink colored bobbins which look like crap because it reminds me of the 80's :)

What the heck is this thing?
Thanks

Arnt you glad there are no markings on the pickup? well least it looks cool as you wonder what model it is. :laugh2:

Thanks for the link guys. I can safely say it's a Custom wounded by J.

Thanks to BowerR64 for letting me know there was a sticker on the bottom of the guitar, as I didn't see this anytime in the last 15 years... or maybe I simply had no idea of what it meant? ;)
