I found this one at a pawn shop...It has a Seymour Duncan pickup in the neck Possible HOT RAIL...
Not sure what the bridge pickup was.

They have it for $129 but they would take $105 for it....
Its a MIM Strat... Worth it?

Considering how tight cash is now, I'd say it's a marginal buy, number one, because once A Mexican Strat has been modified in any manner , its technically, and in fact actually worth less, and it 's not worth all that much to begin with, but aside from that, I'm concerned the body is not an original MIM body, and that would the death knell for any actual value, real or perceived, but if the body is a real MIM body, and is original for the neck, then for a hundred you could do worse, in my opinion.

Personally, I'm not a seller of my guitars... I'd just as soon keep 'em and add to the collection. Meaning that I wouldn't really care about a mod making it worth less, especially if the mod is a pickup upgrade. At $105 I'd say it's hard to go wrong as long as it FEELS good! :fing2:

$105 for a MIM Strat is a great deal unless it has issues.
