Possible to build something similar to a Z Vex SHO?

Hey guys.

I like the sound of the Z Vex Super Hard On booster pedals, but I think they're kinda hard to find over here in the UK.

Does anyone know if it'd be possible to build a similar sounding pedal, or even if anyone has a schematic for a SHO?
