Pot or Cap Issue, No sound till Vol knob hits 6

I am doing a custom build withheld with a rio grande bridge and a phat cat in the neck. I used 2. 375k Alpha pots and NOS .033uf cap with .001uf treble bleed.

My is i get no sound until the volume knob hits 6, then in sounds great. What in the world could cause this?

All connections and electronics have been checked with a meter and joints resoldered.

help!

i would say treble bleed cap shorted and wrong wiring of the trebel bleed?
