Hey!
I have a little pot question
how hard do you inhale?
(just kidden)
I have an HH super strat with 1 vol and 2 tones.
I recently bought three 500k push pulls for some wiring mods.
the actual values I got are 487k,521k and 523k
which ones to use for volume ,and which for tones?

I would try the 487 for vol., 523 for neck tone and 521 for bridge tone.

The first thing I'd do is rewire that guitar with 2 volumes and 1 tone. Two tone pots and volume is crazy. The tone pot could be hooked up just to the bridge volume control (how often do you need less treble with a neck HB?). I'd also wire it for independent volume controls, so you can blend PU volumes in the middle toggle position and get more tones. If there's room to add another pot, I'd put in one on the neck PU for spin-a-split (second volume control for one coil only, giving you the magical sound of unbalanced coils). These mods are very simple and easy to do. 2 vol /1 tone, and independent volume controls don't require any additional parts, it's just moving wires to different lugs on existing pots. Spin-a-split would be adding a $5 pot. You'd have a far more versatile instrument.
