Potmeters for Twin Tube Classic

Hi I broke the shafts on the Bass, Treble, Lead Gain and Volumepotmeters on my Twin Tube Classic, where can I get new ones? They are marked C50 (4 legs) 2 x A250 (4legs) and A250 (6legs).

I cant find them on Mouser and Seymour Duncans mail page doesnt work. I mailed the Custom Shop 1 week ago but they didnt get back to me. Does anyone have SD,s mailadress so I dont have to use their nonfuctioning mailform?
