Pots and caps for Mustaine's and Blackouts?

My poor little Schecter C-1 Platinum has been sitting here "empty" for too long. I want to order the parts today.
I haven't decided yet if I'm going to use Blackouts or Mustaine's.

The wiring diagrams indicate 100k pots and .047 uf caps, for the Mustaines, and 25k pots with either .1 uf or .47 uf caps for the BO's.
Neither mentions if they're log or linear.

So what do you like for active pups? Log or linear? And do you just select caps as you would for passives?
I tend to like subtle tone controls, using either .022 or .010 uf.

But for the BO's, would that translate to .22 and .1 uf?

Thanks all. Gotta get this baby back in rotation.

I'm fairly certain you want Audio (log) pots for both the Blackouts and the Mustaines.

Also, I know SD went from supplying .1 uf with the Blackouts early on to .47 uf in order to improve the effectiveness of the tone knob. I would try that first.

Thanks Masta' C. That's what I needed to start ordering parts. Can't wait to get this thing singing again.

Well dang! 100k guitar pots, for the Mustaine's are difficult to find. I want to try them first.

Any old 100k pot should work, no? If you're just experimenting, no need to use a full size pot.
