Power Supply

I am in process of making my pedalboard and as i don't want to spend cash on batteries i want a good power supply for them. In my country i could get with a great amount of luck (the guitar shop that is distributing Dunlop pedals don't have it and they didn't ever have it so my only bet is to contact them and when next shippment comes to order it for me, which only god know when it happend and it is not 100% sure that it will actualy get to my hands) Dunlop DC Brick (about 100euros), i have read peoples opinions of it and it seems like a very good quality unit. I would rather have Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2 Plus but there is no way for me to get it from here (also i don't have credit card not i don't know somebody here that could get it for me to order it from the internet). One guitar shop here should get Artec Power Brick (85euros) http://www.artecsound.com/effect/powerbrick.htm so what do you think about it? Does it give you some expression? Also how could i test it in a shop? Ofcourse connect pedals and see how it reacts but can i "measure" something with some kind of instrument or should i have my attention on something specific here? Any help would be great

Thanks in advance guys
