pre-wired Harness

Hi all
I have a Warmoth Strat with hsh config i have Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates Humbucker Neck Pickup,Seymour Duncan little 59 middle pickup and DiMarzio Super Distortion bridge.
I brought a pre wired harness with 1 volume pot and 2 push-pull pots and a 5 way switch,i asked the person i got i from how to wire them up to the pickups but i am still confused.I have attached photo's hope someone can draw me a diagram that is easy to follow.

I wonder how they "prewired" those CTS push pole pots. They may have wired a ground through one of the holes already, and if they did then you only need to solder the 2 wires that split the pickups into one of C1 or C2 depending on what else may have already been done during the prewire.
