I have been working with remote collaborators/studio musicians for about the past year or so and devised some workflow sheets that I send off with my songwriting demos to make sure everything is clear. I have yet to be disappointed by that decision! It's far more economical (both in terms of time and money) than having a band and as I have always been the primary songwriter, it's become a win-win situation for me. Embrace the future lol.
