We just finished re-recording our demo songs, so if you remember/liked them before you have a nice surprise...and if you didn't, try to give it another chance.

Thanks,
Shane

Re: Progressive Death Metal

Worst bitrate ever!! Sounds like ass. Do you have them as higher res files anywhere?

Edit: not the song; I think that it sounded good. But I can't tell with that bitrate -- can't hear any of the cymbal crashes or top end at all!!!

Re: Progressive Death Metal

Said it before, I'll say it again, you guys kick a ton of ass!!! Very cool!

Let me know when you guys cut a demo or w/e, I'd love to get my hands on one, this reminds me of old Opeth, which, judging by the avatar ;), makes sense.

Re: Progressive Death Metal

Thanks, we're actually probably not going to officially release anything until the whole cd is done. Should be between 8-9 tracks...we have about 4 1/2 done now.

Re: Progressive Death Metal

ahahaah YOUR Music Sounds Like Opeth... the first riff on More Neutral song.
ahahahahahaha i don´t know if it´s Good or not and the quality of the mp3 reminds me the sound of chicken been toasted in the fire.
and and don´t know.. it´s too much (sorry for the "review" but ) cloned from Opeth. that´s not good in my opinion... have influences that´s OK, but sounding the same is not a good way to go. good drummer, good vocals... good Bass. guitars are ok, the playing i mean, but the distortion is too much Thin, but that´s your sound.

Re: Progressive Death Metal

It does sound like Opeth, kool... I like the vocals. The audio quality is pretty bad downloaded from purevolume though....

Re: Progressive Death Metal

Mmm, I expected this. Yes, I use the sound that Opeth has created...but to me, that just means I'm not ground-breaking. 90% of the emo/hardcore/punk bands that all sound the same are hailed as original and fresh. Same goes for a lot of Death Metal, Melodic Death Metal, Power Metal and so-forth. It's obvious where my main influence comes from, but really...I don't think we're clones. We're just a band using the style that Opeth has created. And I'm flattered you think I sound a lot like them. I don't think I have anywhere near the talent they do to produce a "rip-off"...I'm just an 18 year old youngin. :)

Re: Progressive Death Metal

Not bad, but it doesnt take long to tell who your favorite band must be. :) No worries. I'm a HUGE Opeth fan. :D
