Project Guitar (Hot Rails and PATB2

Hi Im going to order a custom made guitar, wich is an 27 fret rosewwood fingerboard, Jumbo frets and a Alder body, floyd rose gotoh... It is a model from Tagima guitars, the K1 Model(Brazil). It is going to have 2 pcikups ( H S )
Im going to use the Hot Rails as a single coil. The original model comes with a PATB1 Original trembucker, but i miss the harmonics so Im thinking about a PATB 2 Distortion trembucker. Would it go well with the neck hot rails?? I know it has got more highs but still are the mids and Lows good for thick riffs????

please guys any advice is welcome... I am going to order it soon and I want to be sure it is going to be cool. Heard a lot about DD but not much about PATB 2.
