Hello everyone, I'm Kaffe. It's my first time posting here, but I've been following some of the stuff on this board through Facebook for a while.
So, to cut straight to business; I recently acquired this wonderful Explorer copy for the princely sum of £73, to use as a project guitar for testing wiring and pickup configurations.

Astonishingly, this guitar is not total rubbish. Definitely needs a new nut, a truss rod adjustment, some intonation, it arrived slightly scratched and the headstock is not quite the right shape, but it's surprisingly playable, there are no dead spots on the fret board and, you know, Explorers are always cool.
I've decided on my ideal pickup and control setup: a P-Rail in the bridge, an SSL-7 in the neck, a 3-way selector, a master volume, and two mini-toggle switches in place of the tone pots to let me access all of the coil combinations within the P-Rail. This is where you lovely people come in.
I know the Triple Shot mounting rings use two small switches to access the various coil combinations on the P-Rails, but I need help coming up with the wiring diagram to do this with a pair of conventional mini-switches in lieu of the Triple Shot ring. The rest of the wiring should be a simple case of an H/S guitar with a 3-way toggle and master volume, but any suggestions on this (or any other part of the project) would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers guys!
