I'm building up another strat. got it pretty much all figured out etc for the pickguard. The body is a metallic blue (kinda lake placid color) and I'm looking for suggestions about what color pickguard to go with on it. I had thought about a blue pearloid one but was curious to see what you guys would suggest. I know that normally a white one would be standard but I'm always open for something different.

I'd been kicking around a white pearloid as well. I've been looking on the net for pictures of guitars with the different color pickguards but the blue ones seem to have mostly white or white pearloid on them.
