PRS CE24 Sweetwater Exclusive Blackout Thoughts?

Hello everyone :) I was looking at a second-hand 2017 PRS CE 24 Sweetwater Exclusive Blackout and the price is about $1,200, but I'm not sure, since the only PRS I've ever owned was a early (all stock) PRS Tremonti SE and I sold that guitar years ago.

Currently, my primary guitar I've been using at practices in the hard rock/classic rock covers band I'm in is my HEAVY! Epiphone Les Paul Custom Korean with SD JB/Jazz Hot Rodded pickup set and I have coil taps for both pickups. You'll see the other guitars in my Sig which have not been played for some time. I want to have a Single Coil and a Humbucker for more versatility. My usual genre ranges from Classic Rock/Hard Rock Metal.

The PRS is Mahogany with maple top, 85/15 pickups, push pull for single coil, PRS tremolo. Bolt on neck.

Thank you!

Sounds like a good deal on a nice guitar, assuming (as Benjy said) you like how it plays and sounds. I haven't tried a Blackout personally, but I do like the CEs.

If you haven't gotten the CE24 yet they are very nice guitars. I own the 2016 model, and other than it could be a little fatter in sound, it is great. But I say if you have the time look around I got mine last year and it cost me a little over $900.00. Outside of one small scratch from a buckle, it looks brand new when I got it.
