PRS Custom 24 - Custom Custom or Other? for Bridge Pick-Up and compatible Neck

Looking for some advice on my PRS Custom 24. I really like the sound of the Custom Custom in my Jackson Soloist (alder body, ebony fretboard).

Took me awhile to find pickups I like in the PRS. Settled on the DiMarzio Transition in the bridge and 36th Anniversary in the neck. The DiMarzio's always have a little sizzle that I hear and I think Seymour Duncan's are a little smoother.

What I like about the Transition bridge is that it is mid-scooped and it took away some of the honkiness in the PRS. I have heard that some really like the Custom Custom in a PRS Custom 24.

Any experience with this in the bridge? Other options? Should I pair this with a 59' or Jazz in the neck?

Thanks for you help!

I think Evan Skopp has a CC and a PGn in his PRS - give him a shout.

I just picked up a Custom 24 and I'm think of a WLH neck and a Brobucker bridge.

If you like a Mid scooped sound that takes away honkiness, the CustomCustom is not the way to go. Sounds more like you are describing the Custom5. If you want a bit of mid scoop and smoothness, try a Custom UOA5.
