PRS SC245 w/57/08s... Les Paul Killer?

DSL through the SPL Attenuator.

I posted this a few days ago but was hearing a weird squish so deleted it. It was an issue with the speakers I was listening through, not the clip.

Anyhoo- have had this guitar for over a year now, but have not made a clip. I have been thinking of replacing pickups, but everytime I do think about it, I chicken out. The pickups/guitar has a massive amount of low end and clarity compared to my modern les pauls.

Eccentric playing as usual and fingers not cooperating at times- cleans and full on, then some bluesy psuedo gain. Edit- forward to 44 seconds in. My strap popped off when I hit record.

Sure, she is pretty. I think I'd pick that PRS if I had to choose between this and a Gibbo LP around the price. It's has a better / improved bulid IMO.

Thanks folks. I need to do an updated picture. I put some gold speed knobs on it that are a much better match aesthetically.

Build-wise, absolutely it is better built than alot of guitars I have owned Gibson or otherwise. That said, my Les Paul wins on playability no question. The 245 is like an old tele. What you put in is what you get out ten fold. There are days when the 245 is just awesome and there are days when her and I can't seem to get along.

Thanks Bro!

I just bumped this because my 245 got some new threads..I think it looks alot better with gold speeds. The stock amber knobs just contrasted way too much for my tastes..
