Are the stock 85/15s pickups in my guitar 4 conductor and already good to go if I get the PRS S2 5-Way blade switch?

Well, a quick look under the "hood" (=control cavity cover) would answer that rather fast...

As your SE already has a push/pull coil split function, yes they are 4 conductor.
