PRS SE Soapbar

Hi all...Just scored a PRS SE Soapbar. Looks great, plays great and will sound awesome when I get my Duncans installed. I opted for the SD Vintage Soapbar Neck and Custom Soapbar Neck (for the bridge position - RWRP). Should really sound good when I'm done. Also got TonePros locking studs for the tailpiece.

The stock pickups sound pretty good, but are a bit muddy for my taste, especially with some gain.

I'll post some pix when its done.

Not bad for $390.00 brand new! Especially if they go up in value due to Gibsons lawsuit against PRS!

Cool. I played one a while back, and thought they were pretty cool. let me know how the SDs improve the tone.

I thought about getting one, but I have my heart set on a McCarty Soapbar...

Will do...The McCarty is a sweet guitar though! I bought the last of the Soapbar SE's from my local guitar shop. Pretty tough to get the original now from what I understand....
