PRS with Custom 8

Well I have duncanized my last "stock" guitar.

last year I bought a PRS SC 24.5 with PRS 59 pickups in. I left it stock for 11 months but finally decided I just didn't care for the bridge pu. So last week I put in a custom 5 in the bridge, after 1 day swapped out the A5 for an A8 and now I am HAPPY! I now think all my humbucking guitars have Custom 8's in the bridge, just love them!

I am using a boogie MKV. I had been not really happy with the lead tone I had been getting so I came up with some new settings on it that I am liking better. It is running through a 2x12 cab with cselestion 65's. I used a heil on one speaker and a 421 on the other. The Heil adds some brightness to the upper frequencies and the 421 gives fullness to the lower frequencies. (I have alsoe been toying with different mics and placements)

Hell yeah! That's got a badass, raunchy, dirty blues feel to it. I like it.
