Pt-2 hard case modification

So recently I've been thinking about doing a mod to my pt-2 hard case. Pretty much using it the opposite way as a live in pedalboard. Using the thin side to hold all my pedals on the ground. I know it requires some simple modifications to the case, but it's a cheaper alternative than having a case or a board made for me.

Thoughts?

I think he means he's using it upside down

He wants to use the lid as the "board", so he can lay the larger part of the case on top, lock it up, and go. I'd probably just sell the pedaltrain stuff and get a board that does this with the funds.
