try and find any humbucker wireing schematic with a 5 way switch on the duncan site.
basically a duncan has a white wire, red wire, black, green and bare. the red and white ones have to be together so it is in full humbucker mode. if you want it split, you have to wire it on the switch.
black wire is the start of one coild, it goes to the switch, the green and bare ones are the end of the 2nd coil and the ground wire (bare) they go to the back of a pot or a common grounding spot inside the electronics cavity.
when you wire it, or need any aditional help ( i know i wasnt much at the moment) dont hesitate to ask.. so, when you're done, is it possible for you to take soundclips clean, low gain and high gain of the pup? and post it here or send them to me?
