Since you're interested in modding stuff, I still have a ProCo You Dirty Rat with a slightly sketchy switch, if you're interested? It's a regular Rat but with Germanium diodes in the clipping department. £20 shipped?

Sorry, not trying to whore out my **** for sale, but with all this talk of germ diodes and pedal-modding, I thought it might be something you'd be interested in. Just lemme know, sure.

I was about to buy another DS-1 and put Ge diodes in it but for £20 the rat sounds a bargain!

No worries, man.

It's a killer sounding pedal and nine times out of ten it works as it should. The only problem is that, once in a while, it won't turn on or off or , when you hit the switch, the sound will cut out until you stomp on it again. I'm 90% sure it's just a sketchy switch, but there's a load of mods out there for this pedal you could try, too.

Anyway, yeah, it's just collecting dust over here, so gimme a shout if you fancy it. :beerchug:
