Question about Tonepros locking bridge

Does anyone know what size allen wrench you use for the side locking studs?

I bought a Schecter Blackjack with a Tonepros locking bridge and it came with allen wrenches but none of them fit.

Also, whats the proper way of raising the action with a Tonepros locking bridge? Thanks

Re: Question about Tonepros locking bridge

I dunno about size, but to raise action, loosen locking screws, turn flathead counter clockwise.

I don't know the actual size of the wrench, but it's very small. To adjust the action, unscrew the locking screws, loosen the strings a bit, and then use the thumbwheels to raise or lower the height. Wait until you have the bridge and tailpiece set correctly before you tighten the locking screws.

Re: Question about Tonepros locking bridge

When I put mine on, I had to actually unscrew the threaded posts a bit to raise them up high enough to give the Tonepros locking screw something to grab onto. Not sure about the size of the wrench. Just get one of those hex wrench gizmos that looks like a swiss army knife. They've got all the sizes in them.

Re: Question about Tonepros locking bridge

I believe the hex wrench size is 1/16" for a 6-32 thread set screw.
