Heyas... having received my Dimarzio Chopper from Dracoaran a few weeks back and stuck it in the Strat, I'm very, very happy with the sound. The harmonics on this thing just make me squeal like a little girl every time I hit the strings. It's just friggin' awesome.
What I'm wondering is whether anyone can recommend a full-size equivalent, something with the same tonal characteristics, same crazy harmonics, etc. I ask cause a friend of mine just acquired an Orville Les Paul, and he wants to put new pickups in it, and he's as in love with this sound as I am.
Any recommendations, Dimarzio, Seymour or other, are most welcome.
