Question on 59/Custom Hybrid

1. Is there a website that explains how to make this hybrid? I understand the coil with the screws is from the Custom and the slug is from the '59. Do you use the A5 or Ceramic magnet?

2. Or is there someone out there that makes these ready to buy or will make one at a reasonable price?

It is best with the Alnico Magnet... I have made them for Forum members in the past for $75.00 shipped Priority Mail...
