question on sh-10 SDs

i jusr bought my second set (god, i love this product) i bought the shredders used and from pics (they haven't arrived yet) looks like allan screws on them are a bit rusty on the tops..

my questions are:

any issue with taking those screws out to clean? does it matter if i have take them out one at a time and put back in or not? i haven't taken PUP apart before so i'm worried about it falling apart somehow in my hands with spools and a bunch of loose wire:)

to clean, im just thinking wd-40 soak and light wet sand to polish the headsup, if necessary.

finally, if any screws are stripped, do you think they are just standard allan screws you could buy at a hardware store?

and really finally, i'm a newb here, but i've read a lot of threads and looks like a good helpful bunch of passionate people!'

When I want to clean them, I take them out, which is no problem because they are threaded into the bobbin and don't actually hold anything together. Then I sand Blast them and put them through a blackening solution and an oil bath and leave them to sit for a couple of days. They look like new when I'm finished.

I don't have any pics of any I've done, as they've been for friends. I may do some of my own this week...
