Question: Various polepiece diameters.

What are the diameters of the various rod magnet poles out there?
Strat, Tele, Precision, Jazz, etc.

how about the various humbucker ones? Slug, allen screw, slotted, etc.

I think that this info would be useful, and if you could link me or explain it, I'd really appreciate it.

Re: Question: Various polepiece diameters.

Strat and Tele poles are typically between 0.187" and 0.194".

The diameter of the HEAD of humbucker poles vary, as does the depth of the head. The Gibson poles have the widest and deepest heads. The shape varies too -- Allparts poles are flat on top while Stewmac poles are very round.

Don't know the exact number but the diameter of the threaded shaft of humbucker poles is pretty much the same. Any variance is so slight that it's negligible, and the humbucker bobbins are just straight shafts with no threading so the poles are self-threading.
