Quick clip: Lite Ash Strat -> ME50 "Metal"

I recorded this clip very quickly using Lite Ash Strat -> Boss ME-50 -> HCT Emotional (1GB solid state MP3 player with line-in encoding abilities). I have to go to work, but tell me, can the Lite Ash do Metal? I used bank 8 patch 1 ("...perfect for metal...").

i dont really like it. its lacking balls for my taste. it needs to have tight palm mutes i think.

IMHO, single coils suck for metal and high gain use...

Just wanting to see what everyone's reaction would be. I do admit, however, that the bridge pickup would be a good pickup for some really "cranky" strat sounds though....
