Quick dumb question about pickup legs

So maybe I'm over thinking this but Im looking into pickups for my sg standard.
Looking at some Duncan's but wondering: long legged or short legs for my bridge and neck?
If someone could just let me know if it matters or not that would be greatly appreciated.

Both will fit, although short legs are easier to set up.
