Quick Wiring Question....?

Greetings... in this schematic, with this particular stagger, what leads would I rearrange to get the NECK on #3, & SERIES on #4?

Looks like you just need to swap what's on lugs 3 and 4 on each side.

You know the lug layout, right? Neck pickup black is on the common lug, and bridge pickup white is on the other common lug, so you start counting from the top, but skip/ignore the common lugs.

That's how I do the wiring too when I use a 4-way switch. It makes more sense to me to have the first 3 positions just like a standard 3-way and the fourth position to be the very heavy neck plus bridge in series.
