so..
finally got round to making some radius dishes
but first I had to get the radius off my cad machine at work then print them out to 1:1 scale create a template from ply,
then rout the arm supports to the 2 different radii, then make a router jig that fit between the rails
then laminate up 2 x 25mm dishes of mdf, cos thickerer is betterer
then rout them out using the arm/jig
then sand them smooth and coat them in poly lacquer.
Now i can make the guitar thats been annoying my head for the last 6 months...
