Randall Jaguar Speakers From Eminence

I read an ebay listing that implied that the Randall Jaguar series of speakers are from eminence? Is this true? If true what modern Eminence speaker would they equate too? A Randall 4x12 with Jaguars has been my favorite cab but I haven't been able to find them.

Those speakers are indeed made by Eminence however I can't answer the other part...email Eminence and ask them, they have always been very helpful for me!

I have always liked that they seem to have bit more clarity and low end. Chunky and full without losing definition.
