I have to be honest and say that the pale brownish yellow of the maple fretboard and the yellowish pale white of the body do not work together, to my eyes.
It might be the black hardware or pickguard. But somehow it doesn't look right, worse than a vintage white maple fretboard regular Strat.
I've got the red So-Cal, and a slime green San Dimas 1 too. These guitars I never want to put down!

I don't know about the comparison to Jacksons. The only Jackson I played regularly was a 2007 DK2M, also alder bodied, maple necked and Floyded. The Jackson was sonically dead compared to the new Charvels I own now, and its neck wasn't nearly as comfortable.I envy you. Does it sound & play more like a Strat or a Jackson?
