Recommend me an amp switcher pedal

Looking for a decent pedal for A/B switching between two amps. I have an old black Morley one which is noisy and picks up radio stations.

Whatchagot for a brother?

Thanks - Matt

I have a BOSS LS-2, it's rubbish, you will hear a loud ground loop out of this thing.

I have a LEEM AB box that I use in the opposite direction, i have 2 pedals boards that go into the AB, then out to the amp, I use the AB to switch between the pedalboards. No hums, and doesnt use power. $40AUS

I also have a splitter box, it sends my guitar sound to 2 different amps, doesnt use power, no ground loops (due to a circuit using resistors). $40AUS (and this was custom made for me).

Neither of the affect the tone either.

How about an Ernie Ball pan pedal? you can fade between the two amps with the tilt of a pedal, or switch between them or have them both going and use it as a volume pedal

Must be something wrong with yours or the way you have it connected. Mine is totaly quiet, no ground loop noise. The LS 2 is powered because it is not just a switcher, it also has boost controls for each loop.

You don't need an A/B box.

Just wanted to point out that if you use any kind of stereo pedal (reverb, chorus, delay...whatever)in your rig and if it's the last pedal in the pedal chain, you can drive two amps with the two left/right outputs of that pedal.

A stereo chorus works GREAT for that!

Re: Recommend me an amp switcher pedal

there is a pedal that lets you switch amp HEADS. meaning you have one cab and two heads. pretty awesome!! if I switch back to guitar that would be my rig.

one channel ampz rule teh metalz!!!
