Recording Software?

Hi im surfing musiciansfriend.com for recording software programs. and im deciding between Cubase SE or Cakewalk Home Studio 2 both are $100. does anyone recomend either one? or has expirence with them?

I find cakewalk is a little more user friendly. I can't say one sounds better
that the other tho?
