refinish price?

Whats the cheapest I can get somebody hear from the forum to refinish a guitar body for me? I just want a simple trans brown. I would do it myself but right now I dont have the time or effort. Any quotes?

I´m probably out of the race because of shipping costs, but Poly or Nitro? Body already prepped, or do I (or whoever) need a tub of elbow grease and a few sheets of sandpaper as well?
