I got an Old Kraftsman guitar.
The bridge piece is a piece of wood, lower than any acoustic type wood bridge. It is also closer in string space than a TOM or hardtail. What can I replace it with that is reasonable in price?
Also, the bridge pickup works, but the neck pickup is waxed to the cover and came off. It seems it has one wire that touches the cover, and the cover has it's own ground. Testing it on a jack, the pickup seems to work but isn't grounded well. How do I repair it, and how do I ground it, both grounds to the same pot?
