Replacing Dimarzio Clip Lock With Dunlop Strap Lock

I want to know if any of you have gone from the Clip locks to Dunlop strap locks? The reason I ask is because the clip locks are longer and a bit wider than the screw that the Dunlops come with.

Right now i like the Clip Licks but i also want to know that if i want to change strap that I can no problem.
