Replacing magnet on single coil sized humbucker?

Tried to search this, not much luck. But I'm wondering if the small magnet in my Tele Hot Rails neck pup can be swapped from ceramic...to well whatever options there are...which I can't find anyway lol (at least from MojoTone or Addiction-FX). So maybe the question's it's all for not, but worth a shot.
 
It is generally thought that trying to disassemble that pickup would likely break the coil since everything is glued in.
 
Ah dang. Welp sounds like SD just needs more options then. Mincer, are you the man for that? Maybe I need a petition with mass signatures :deal:
