Replacing pickup while retaining vintage

Recently I got a "once in a lifetime" deal on a 73' Strat. Rather than squander or horde the instrument as a "collector" I'm going to play this thing like it's meant to be.

It's a tone machine for sure, but in every position but the bridge.

I'd like to replace the bridge pickup with something with more output. I'd like to go with a humbucker and immediately I thought of one of my faves, the Hot Rails. But I also want to keep the vintage look of the aged hardware (plastics).

Would the stacked Seymour Duncan pickups have comprable output and would they fit the pickup cover?

Thanks.....

Get an Antiquity Custom. Plenty fat and loud and it will fit under your stock cover. It's not humcancelling though, which might be an issue for you.
