Replacing pots on Gibson pcb's?

Has anyone attempted to replace the pots and caps on the actual pcb? This is how mine looks and i was wondering if it is worth a try to desolder the pots and caps and put new ones.

I am afraid though that this might prove trickier.

Any ideas?

Never tried it. Should just be a matter of patience and tidy, disciplined soldering technique.
