Replacing the input jack on a Vox AC15cc

Hey guys, I'm wanting to replace the plastic input jack on a Vox AC15cc1 with a Switchcraft 12A. It should work great, as the jack is on it's own little card, but there's some trickery going on. They've got a few components on the card that connect the ground to the chassis through two capacitors. I obviously can't do that with a 12A, so should I isolate it from the chassis or not?

That's the current input jack PCB. The 12A is a NC switching open frame mono jack. http://switchcraft.com/products/pdf_files/jack-85b_schematic.pdf
