request : split pickups comparison

The "most popular" SD neck humbuckers seem to be the '59 and the Jazz. The sound samples from the website only give their sound in full humbucker mode.

Could anyone tell me, when you split these two (neck position), what they sound like ? Or rather, which single coils sound close to these (Duncans or not) ?

they sound like a split humbucker. its a usable tone but doesnt sound like a fender style single coil.

comparing a split jazz and 59, they will sound more similar to each other than to a ssl2 or aps1 or fender fat 50s or just about any other strat or tele single coil
