Thought this might be of use. I'll start:

TRUSS RODS:
Drivers, keys:
3/16" - MiM Fender
4mm - Matsumoku Japan Washburn bass (bullet-style)
(+) huge Philips head - Fenders adjusted at heel

Box wrenches:
7mm - early 90s Charvel Japan, 90s Ibanez Saber 540s
1/4" - standard for most American guitars, USA jackson charvel gibson (?) etc
8mm - standard for all ESP since 90s at least, korean LTD (? - think thats where I got it)

TREMS:
Drivers, keys:
0.50" - Fender saddles, Kahler saddle height (rare bugger! found in allparts "kahler wrenches kit", which is missing spring tension adjustment btw)
5/64" - Kahler spring tension, Kahler arm clutch (NOT in allparts set!)
2.5 mm, 3mm - Floyd Rose (afair?)
4 mm - Ibanez Edge post adjustment (different from floyd rose!)
