i bought a jb and I absolutekly hate it. Im gonna go with the pearly gates instead.

No one will refund your money. But if the item is less than 21 days old and you purchased it in the USA and live in the USA it can be exchanged if you can provide proof that you purchased it brand new and not more than 21 days ago from a legitimate Seymour Duncan dealer. You'll need your original receipt.

I am not sure how the policy works but, The Pealry Gates is a more expensive pickup than the JB so, I am not sure if you will have to chip in more cash or not.
