Reverse Demon mod to a Custom

Recently I swapped out the hex pole pieces in the demon in my Godin and it made it an absolutley beautiful pup like I've read about from so many others.Today I wondered what it would do if I put them in the Custom of my Strat.I wouldnt mind a little more scream to it,but I wonder it if would be too much.I realize they'd be going in a coil closer to the bridge than in the demon.I'm sure I'm not the first to think of it,has anyone here tried it out?

i have a 17k C5 with hex poles that i love!!

If I can get my hands on some hex poles it might be worth a try in my neck pup, it's a tad muddy.

a usa hamer chapperell, mahogany body super strat type thing.
sounds crushing
ive had it in a few strat style guitars and its always sounded good
