hey do any of you know what reversed phaze is supposed to sound like... I wired up my JB bridge with it just to see what it sounded like and i don't notice a difference... i'm pretty sure i need to have both pickups wired up to make it work? so do i need to reverse both pickups to notice a difference?

Re: Reversing Phaze?

Technically, it's called out of phase. It's basically a thin "phased" sound, apparently great for funk (not hum cancelling, mind).

Not unless you play funk, like a thin sound, and enjoy lots of interference and hum :laugh2:

That said, it can be used to create some very interesting and weird sounds. But I think it's more gimmicky than anything, so unless you seriously want it for your musical style, I wouldn't bother.
