I plan to use it on its own through the velocity power amp in the rack into the two outer splawn cabs, and into my PC for recording and as a bonus in place of the Echo Pro for delay and verb for when I run one of the other heads w/d/w. So it won't be FX only. I'm in no rush to buy it. By time I'm ready they'll actually be in stock.

Gotcha! Ya know I'm a Fractal fanboi but the G1 models are awfully good for the $$$ since the AFX2 has come out. For recording, the AFX2 is pretty sweet, especially its ability to reamp via USB.

BINGO! The USB is one of the reason I want the II instead of the Ultra. Also the Cameron CCV model will only be on the II and I have some seriously bad GAS for the real version of that amp. So the II having a model of the CCV gives it another check in the II over Ultra column for me as I weighed the pros and cons of each. Plus I heard it works even better in 4 cable method than the Ultra does which is another plus in case I wanted to just use it like that with my 3120. Lots of options and odds are when I get it Ill try them all.

thats awesome! I love the look of the Splawn cabs.. I Love mine! I dont have alot of basis for comparison, but I hear they are actually great cabs too.

Bloodrose...I love my Splawn cabs. Have no desire to own any other brand. Scott builds a killer cab.

Toast Man...yup, 1 hum is all I need 9 times out of 10. There's another 1 hum Charvel on the other side of the room too. I do Like the tone of a neck single though and the PG in the neck of my LP is quite good too so I'm not against neck pickups.

If I were shopping there, I'd go for the sunburst HS strat, LP, and champagne sparkle super strat. And all your pedals.

GJ...All my pedals, haha that doesn't even show all the extras I swap in now and again and the wah collection. I'm a bit wah obsessed to say the least.
